MarryWOW Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MarryWOW, we invest time, effort, and personalized resources to help members find suitable matches through trusted social connections. To maintain fairness and transparency, the following policy applies to all membership plans:

1. Membership Fees
  • • All membership fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • • Activation includes profile creation, onboarding, verification, matchmaking efforts, or introductions.
2. Cancellation by Member
  • • Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by writing to MarryWOW's official support email.
  • • Cancellation will stop future services, but no refund will be issued for unused time or services.
3. Cooling-Off Exception (If Applicable)

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any service is initiated, MarryWOW may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.

4. Non-Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person under any circumstances.

5. Service Commitment
  • • MarryWOW does not guarantee marriage or a fixed number of matches.
  • • Matchmaking outcomes depend on mutual interest, compatibility, and availability within the social network.
6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a MarryWOW membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
